• All out-of-bounds and hazard areas are treated as red penalty areas
• Players may take lateral relief within two club lengths from the point of entry, no closer to the hole
• Penalty: one stroke
• No stroke-and-distance requirement for OB

Purpose: eliminates re-teeing and speeds up play

• If a ball comes to rest in a divot or clearly damaged turf area in the fairway, the player may lift, clean, and place within one club length
• The ball must remain in the fairway and not be moved closer to the hole

This is not a general preferred-lies rule. It applies only to divots or abnormal damage

• Each player is allowed one mulligan on the first tee shot only
• It must be declared immediately after the first shot
• The second shot is the ball in play. No further mulligans

• If a ball is likely lost and the search exceeds about two minutes, drop near the estimated area
• Penalty: one stroke

• Inside putter-grip length, or the official Chubya Gimme Stick^TM, putts may be conceded
• In competitive matches, opponents may require completion

• Play ready golf
• Keep pace with the group ahead
• Limit ball searches
• Respect playing partners and course conditions

• Players are responsible for honestly reporting scores
• No vanity handicaps or score manipulation
• When in doubt, take the reasonable, good-faith interpretation

• On-course rulings are decided by group consensus
• League disputes are resolved by the Chairman or Rule Czar
• The Chairman has sole and final authority over all rulings and may overrule any decision
